On receiving your rug, please unroll and leave in a warm room for 24 hours before using to reduce wrinkles and curling from packaging. Can be carefully vacuumed using a floor or brush attachment. Occasionally rotate the rug to equalise wear. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry white cloth and do not rub. Whilst the rug is ok, it distinctly said I was buying a rug 4 foot long, and the label on the rug also stated this. The rug itself was 9 inches short and only measured 3 foot 3 inches. I was not impressed and felt rather cheated.

Really nice looking rug. The quality is great and it’s nicely shaggy! It’s transformed my landing.

The measurements are not accurate and the quality isn’t great. I wish I’d paid attention to the other reviews. Dunelm products and pricing is usually exceptional, but they’ve got it wrong with this one. Far better rugs available elsewhere. I’ve purchased a much thicker rug 3 times the size elsewhere for the same price. Don’t waste your money, you’ll be horrified when you see it!
